Our Story
3 Friends from 3 different continents and varied backgrounds, brought together in the land of Israel around common passions and aspirations.
Denis immigrated to Israel at the age of 5 from the former Soviet Union and settled with his family in Tiberias, the "capital" of the Galillee. He acclimated immediately to his new environment, became a leader in school and the larger community, and started his journey in the world of food, drink, and fine-dining. Along his journey he studied winemaking in the Golan Heights and eventually completed his Somalie studies in France. Denis also owned and managed a vastly popular wine bar and restaurant on the shore on the Sea of Galilee inside the beautiful campus of the famous Scots Hotel, a high-end spa and dining destination. There he developed life-long friendships with tour groups and pilgrims from all around the world.
Nadav was born in the US, raised in Israel and then returned to America for his high school and university studies. After completing his Undergraduate studies, he moved to Israel and settled initially in Tel Aviv to pursue graduate work in Literature and Business. That was put on hold once he enlisted in the Paratroopers brigades of the Israel Defense Forces and was stationed and activated throughout the country and along its borders. After his service, Nadav entered the field of education, leading into his love of travel, eventually becoming a tour guide and focusing on Culinary experiences and specialty tailor-made tours for food and travel lovers. That's when we crossed paths !

The events of Oct 7 and the emergency activation of the army reservists brought the three of us together, this time in uniform and on an assignment to defend. During our down time we talked about dreams of past and hopes for a future that were cut short and halted by the current security situation in our country and the greater region around us. We remeniced, laughed and wept, and eventually what was born was an insistence that tomorrow will bring a brigher day and that the future of our beloved land will be a good one. This also came with an understanding that if this happens, and it must happen !, it will be accomplished if we work on it together. Each of us brings a different background, skills set, contacts and methods and that has paved the way to this first-of-its-kind venture to age Wine in the Lega Sea Galilee. Teaming up with the magnificent and powerful natural wonder around us and creating a new relationship between man and nature
